About DailyCalc
Free online calculators and tools that answer everyday money, work, and study questions in seconds — no signup, no cost, no clutter.
What DailyCalc is
DailyCalc is a collection of free online calculators and small utilities built for the questions people actually search for every day. How much of a Fiverr gig do you really keep after the platform's cut? What hourly rate should you charge as a freelancer to cover your expenses and hit your income goal? How much zakat do you owe this year? What is your GPA on the HEC 4.0 scale, or your NUST aggregate? Each tool on DailyCalc answers one of these questions instantly, right in your browser.
Everything on this site is free and works without creating an account. There is nothing to install, no trial period, and no features locked behind a paywall. Open a tool, enter your numbers, and get your answer.
Who runs DailyCalc
DailyCalc was founded and is maintained by Arslan Y., who builds and updates every calculator on the site personally. The tools grew out of real, practical needs: as a freelancer, Arslan needed quick, reliable answers to fee and pricing questions, and found that most existing calculators were either buried in signup walls, loaded with popups, or running on outdated rates. DailyCalc is the site he wished existed — so he built it.
Because one person owns the whole site end to end, errors and outdated figures get fixed fast. If a tax slab changes, a platform updates its fee structure, or a labour law is amended, the affected calculator is updated — and the page tells you exactly which year's figures it uses, so you always know the math is current.
What we cover
DailyCalc's tools fall into four groups. Finance calculators cover zakat, Pakistan income tax, UAE gratuity, car loans, and dropshipping profit. Freelancer tools cover Fiverr and Upwork fees, PayPal fees, hourly-rate setting, and invoice generation. Student tools cover GPA, CGPA conversion, and university merit aggregates. Everyday utilities cover quick tasks like QR code generation, password generation, and case conversion.
New tools are added regularly, prioritized by what visitors actually ask for. If there is a calculator you need that is not here yet, the contact page is the fastest way to request it.
How we keep the numbers accurate
Every calculator on DailyCalc is built on documented, verifiable rules: Fiverr's published 20% seller commission, Upwork's freelancer service fee schedule, FBR income tax slabs from Pakistan's Finance Act, the HEC 4.0 GPA scale used by Pakistani universities, the NUST aggregate weightages, and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 for end-of-service gratuity. Where figures change annually — tax slabs, zakat nisab — each page states the applicable year and links to the concept in plain language.
That said, calculators are simplifications. They are designed for quick, everyday estimates, not as a substitute for professional advice — see our disclaimer for the full picture.
Our promise
DailyCalc will stay free, fast, and honest. Free: every tool works fully without payment or registration. Fast: the site is built as lightweight static pages, so tools load in a blink even on slow connections. Honest: we show our formulas, cite our sources, date our figures, and never dress up an advertisement as a result. If we ever get something wrong, tell us through the contact page and it will be corrected.
